Do I need an account?
No. Practice saves in your browser. A free account (just your email) keeps it safe, on every device, and keeps your streak alive.
I left in the middle of a set. Is it lost?
No. A set or test you leave is saved, and the app offers to pick it up where you left off when you come back.
How do I sign in?
Tap Sign in, enter your email, and type the 6-digit code we send you (or tap the link in the email). There is no password to remember.
Can I use it on a phone?
Yes. Everything works on a phone. You can also add it to your home screen, and it then opens like an app.
A question looks wrong.
Tap "Report a problem" under the question. Every report is read, and a confirmed mistake is fixed for everyone.
What is free?
Practicing is free: every question with a full explanation, every lesson, and the first two full CLT and SAT practice tests. College Test Prep ($79 a year, paid once, or $39 for 30 days) adds every full CLT, SAT and PSAT practice test, the National Merit plan, the study plan to test day, more Ask Owl-y help and a progress email to a parent every Sunday. High School Entrance Prep ($59 a year) does the same for the HSPT, ISEE, SSAT and SHSAT, and Owl Family ($129 a year) covers up to 6 children on every test.
Is it a subscription?
High School Entrance Prep and College Test Prep are one payment for a year and do not renew by themselves. Owl Family renews each year; turn renewal off any time in your account.
Is there tutoring?
No. Owl Test Prep is self-study practice. Ask Owl-y is AI help on a question: three a day free, more with a plan.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. For 7 days after a first payment, one tap in Your account refunds every cent. See the refund policy.
Schools and co-ops
About $10 a student, with a teacher view. Write to hello@owltestprep.com.
How does the Family Pass work?
One parent buys it and adds each child by email (up to six). Each child has their own account and practice; the parent sees all of them on the family dashboard.
What do you do with my data?
We keep your practice so it can follow you between devices, and nothing is sold. The privacy policy has the details.
How do I delete my account?
Sign in, open your account, and choose Delete my account. Your saved practice, your place in the weekly league and your reminders are removed.
